What shipping methods are available?

At ICONIC, we offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 12–21 business days

Premium Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 11–19 business days
Is tracking available for my order?

Our orders are shipped as small parcels, therefore tracking is not available.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns
Can I return my order?

Yes. At ICONIC, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, and a proof of purchase is required.
Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items (for example with player name or number) cannot be returned unless the item has a manufacturing defect or damage.
Who pays for the return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I return my order?

Please contact our support team first and include your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
